What truly sets nFuse apart is its carefully curated menu that excites the palate with rich, savory flavors and artful plating. Meat lovers will relish the succulent Ribeye, cooked to perfection with a juicy, tender bite that bursts with savory depth. The Wagyu Burger offers a luxurious take on the classic, delivering a buttery richness that melts in your mouth, paired masterfully with crispy onion rings that add the perfect crunchy contrast.
For those craving something uniquely satisfying, the Fuse Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich stands out with its crisp, golden crust encasing tender, flavorful chicken — a delightful balance of comfort and culinary expertise. The Carne Asada Nachos and Yellowfin Tuna Tartare bring vibrant, bold flavors to the table, highlighting nFuse’s versatility and commitment to fresh ingredients.
The menu also caters beautifully to lighter appetites or those seeking freshness and texture, like the Central Valley Beet Salad and the delicate Nfuse Heirloom Tomato and Burrata, which combine seasonal produce with nuanced dressings, delivering crisp, refreshing bites. Pair these with craft cocktails like the crisp Strawberry Lemonade or expertly mixed classic Bloody Mary and Manhattan for a perfectly balanced sip that complements the meal.
While the portions lean on the smaller side — something to note for especially hungry diners — the quality and flavor intensity more than make up for it, allowing each dish to shine without becoming overwhelming. Particularly for convention attendees or hotel guests seeking a prompt yet delicious meal, nFuse offers both convenience and top-tier taste, making it an ideal spot for lunch or dinner.
Whether you’re indulging in perfectly cooked halibut or savoring the depth of the pork chop, the combination of fresh ingredients, artful preparation, and a casual yet polished atmosphere makes nFuse Restaurant, Bar & Lounge a go-to destination for those craving flavorful food paired with excellent service in Anaheim’s bustling convention district.
nFuse is in the hotel we are staying at for a conference so we decided to give it a try. It was a pretty informal relaxed vibe. You seat yourself and wait for a server to come to your table. The servers were polite and professional. The halibut and pork chop were both perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The sides were good as well, but if you are very hungry beware... The portions are rather small. No appetizers, soup, salad, drinks or desserts and it was over $40 per person.
This is an update to my previous review — nFuse has officially become my Anaheim tradition! I come here every year for a conference, and somehow the bar crew keeps getting better. By the end of my stay, it honestly felt like I was hanging out with friends instead of bartenders. Huge thanks to Alicia, Jorge, Karl, Juan, and of course Jonathan — you all made my nights here so much fun! Fast service, great drinks, and even better company. The cocktails are always spot-on, but it’s the people that make this place what it is. Shoutout to Jocelyn, too — she’s always around making sure everything runs smoothly. Can’t wait until next year — nFuse, you’ve set the bar very high (pun intended)!
The flatas were tender and had a nice flavor. Both drinks were also well made (not too sweet or heavy-handed). The environment is relaxed. Would definitely get more food and drinks here again. The bartender made a great recommendation for our snack.
We tried it out due to the convenience of staying at the hotel. Good eats. Good drinks but expensive. Good service.
Great place to eat if there is a convention happening in this hotel. There is plenty of seating and there are tons of options on the menu to get a quick bite. The food is little oily for the most part. However, eating here will ensure your lunch is eaten in a prompt manner.
Overall a nice bar. The drinks were good and I would say 4.2 or of 5. They were strong but if your looking for flavor it counts what you order but I would say if you like it sweeter or more bitter just ask for extra bitters or syrup. You can have a view of the pool but that's a good and bad. The good can be nice view the bad can be kids and families coming and going through the bar entrance.
